Customers are taken through a unique process in-store using gait analysis and other tools which check and monitor foot, ankle and leg function to ensure you select the right shoe for you.
RUN wanted to extend their brand experience with an ecommerce platform. The new website would provide a new revenue channel for the business which will also include community and loyalty features to drive further customer engagement. The ecommerce online shoe store creates a new channel which allows then to drive shoe sales and combine their unique in-store marketing initiatives through the website. The website uses WordPress together with WooCommerce as their ecommerce solution providing flexibility and scalability for full content, inventory and order management.
A unique feature on the new website is a virtual assistant called The Shoe Finder and helps customers find suitable shoes by taking them through a step by step process gathering inputs which will then provide results based on their running style and brand.
